Some little pamphlets like these pop up now and then. I found a stack at Burritoville once. They’re great. Turn your friends away from God… introduce them to the Necronomicon!

I mentioned Lombardi’s exhibition at the Drawing Room. He’s in the news in this Voice piece. It seems he committed “suicide” at age 49 in his studio. Dare I ask if someone wanted him to shut up? Well if the conspiracy were that bad I guess his work would have dissappeared first. Anyway, check out his legacy at the Drawing Center until December 18.
This ATM fraud we mentioned before seems to be getting bigger and bigger press.
I was fascinated by Google News when it first came out. I still use it obsessively to get as many perspectives as possible. Then I found technorati which among many other features, lists the top 50 or 100 linked articles that people are currently blogging about. Now I find Global Attention Profiles and am further intrigued.
I guess it’s not really a secret, though it seems bizarre enough to me. The government has hired MCI to wire Baghdad in it’s Green Zone where not only can you get calls from the states via domestic 914 area code, but you can get lobster and ice cream too.
A real conspiracy to behold. The Voice warned us and apparently it’s been confirmed. Some white supremicist group has been found in the possession of those pesky WMD.
Kinda funny, a long time phenomenon that we all know in love here in the states. Teenagers driving out to secluded areas to watch the sunset, getting hot and horny in the process. China gains cars, finds the same phenomenon.
NYC rents have dropped some since a couple of years ago, but they’re still pretty steep as most of you know. This is still an interesting graph using Craigs List as an info base.

Back in the Sixties there was a cummunal revival, but it was just part of a long history in the US of groups that have “dropped out” of mainstream culture to start their on their own. Here’s a great history of The Farm. Peace, love, new sex, new drugs, new religion…
I’m not a China basher, but I find the story of Mu Zi Mei intriguing nonetheless. She writes frankly about sex…
Somehow news always travels faster than I do. I follow the privacy laws rather closely, but all this totally evaded my radar. It seems that even though facts cannot be copyrighted ie you can’t own information about yourself, corporations can go ballistic if you use information in a database a corporation owns. Called Database and Collections of Information and Missappropriation Act from the start it seems absurd.
We return you to our long standing tradition of challenging tests which peer into your subconscious for your true ID wisdom…
The Breast Test. Sadly, on this of all tests I would have liked to do well, but I only got 7/12. Perhaps it would be easier in person…
Past tests including Michael’s nose.
I would really love to see this show. Byrne uses M$ Powerpoint as his medium to create works of art! Alas LA is a long way off. In spite of what Gawker says, everything cool does not happen in NYC.

A little on the bizarre side, a really funny comic from a condom promotion site, here’s 12 STIs of Christmas (Flash).
