RIO - friendliest city in the world?
Gotta hand it to these folks doing “studies”. How the heck do they determine Rio to be the world’s friendliest city pre tell? I mean granted it’s warm, and the people are beautiful. I mean heck I had a great time. The people there were very friendly, at least when I wasn’t getting MUGGED!
